Our frisellines have the characteristic of friability, our basic varieties are those with olive oil and cereals, even if we have added the production of those to turmeric, turnips, chilli, and under request we can produce any other taste.

Friselline with olive oil

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, remilled wheat bran, olive oil, white wine, salt, yeast, malt.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, soy flour, corn meal, flax seed, sesame seeds, grain of soybeans, rye flour, oat flakes, malted barley flour, malted wheat flour, water, salt, yeast.
